SESSION INFORMATION & FEES
When and Where?
My practice runs exclusively online(except in unique circumstances i.e group workshop facilitation).I offer a flexible working schedule, which includes days, evenings and weekends. These are offered by appointment only, so get in touch (using the form below) stating your circumstances and I will try my best to accommodate you.

How long will it take?
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long. If this is the first time that you are having therapy,we can assume that you will engage in at least 6 sessions. Some clients prefer to be in therapy for a longer period of time and I am also happy to accomodate this.Therapy is as unique as you are. One thing you can be assured of is that you are completely in control and sessions will cease whenever you feel ready to move forward without them.

Group work typically last 1.5 to 2 hours long, depending on the needs/purpose of the group. They can be held over a period of time or as a special one off workshop or session.

Coaching sessions are up to 1.25 hours. I advise 6 coaching sessions to see the full benefits of the service and so that goals can be recognised and achieved.

Supervision is 1.5 hours long (depending on your level of training). These sessions are open ended and will continue for as long as the working relationship is beneficial for the supervisee.

Consultations are 1 hour long. This is a one off investment that you make for yourself to set up your private practice. I also provide email/phone support for up to one month after the consultation.
How much do sessions cost?
Therapy:£50 per session (£40 for student rate)
Group Facilitation: Please contact for discussion as this is charged per size of group
Coaching: £85 per session
Supervision: £60 per session (£50 for student rate)
Consultations:£120
Which approach do you use?
I use an eclectic approach of therapy that incorporates person centred, solution focused and cbt approaches. I adopt a range of different methods, strategies and techniques,however the basis for all of the work that I do is person centred.
